GUIDE

Dear Neighbors,

In December 2025, Bluewater switched HOA management platforms to MyLakeAccess, which was built by a Bluewater HOA member specifically for our unique private lake use cases. We recognize this created the burden to create yet another account. However, we have enabled the re-use of your Google or Apple account to log into our system. That means you can create an account with either of these platform accounts and seamlessly log into MyLakeAccess. The avoids the requirement to maintain yet another username and password.

New accounts may enter in a "pending" state that requires admin approval. If you receive a notice after creating your account that it's in a pending state, rest assured that we will verify your account and get you approved quickly.

MyLakeAccess allows us to manage watercraft, track and pay annual HOA dues and, integrate many other features such as Boat Dealer access, Boat Ramp views, PIN based gate locks and the table stake features such as: events, announcements, clubs, local services, issue reporting, community directory, and many more.

We would encourage all members of your household to register an account and associate with your lot. For those who have a "Replat lot", be sure to select the proper numeric lot number that came from the original lot numbering. The lot selector does show the "legal name" (Replat 1, lot 1). If you choose the wrong lot, no worries, we can fix it.

We're excited to offer this new online resource for the neighborhood and want to make sure everyone can stay connected and informed. Warm regards, Bluewater HOA
